When we heard Dr. Lenny Wong on Simon Sinek's "A Bit of Optimism" podcast, we could think of no better person to talk about the U.S. Army Value of Integrity!! Dr. Lenny Wong is a retired U.S. Army Officer. He now serves as a research professor in the Strategic Studies Institute at the U.S. Army War College. Wong also coined the term "ethical fading."
